History

ABRAN Consulting Engineers’ root extends back to 1953 when Mr. Gholam Reza Kuros (Ph.D) founded the company under the name of KUROS Consulting Engineers as the first companies in the field of water and wastewater in IRAN.
KUROS started its professional work with more than 80 experts in the fields of engineering and supervising. At the time the company was in a position to co-operate with other Iranian and foreign consultants in order to speed up the execution of major awarded projects.
Over the decades, the company has expanded its expertise across the various urban water and waste-water and also water resources studies in and out of Iran led by an efficient management and a team of committed experts.
In 1981, after some organizational changes, the company continued its professional activities under the name of ABRAN Consulting Engineers. Now, with 15 representative offices across Iran and one agency in Munich, Germany and using 150 of most expert engineers and 50 of most skilled technicians in the field of designing and supervising, this company is well known as a superior and first-ranked company. Officially and legally the company has the certificate of grade No. 1 in water and wastewater consulting in Iran.
